Solar Quote Expert does not install solar panels, does not provide electrical or structural advice, and is not a party to any contract you may enter into with an Installation Partner.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to Solar Quote Expert. References to “you” or “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Website.

All quotes, pricing, timelines, and technical specifications are provided by Installation Partners and are subject to survey, site assessment, and final agreement between you and the relevant installer. Solar Quote Expert does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any quote or Installation Partner.

Your contractual relationship is directly with the Installation Partner you choose. Any disputes regarding workmanship, warranties, or contract terms should be addressed with that Installation Partner in the first instance.

If you experience difficulty resolving a dispute with an Installation Partner, you may contact us at support@solarquoteexpert.com and we will endeavour to assist, but we are under no obligation to intervene in contractual disputes between you and a third party.

Where finance or credit options are presented, these are offered by third-party lenders and not by Solar Quote Expert. Heatable Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 805259) and acts as a credit broker, not a lender. Credit is subject to status and affordability. Not all products offered are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Terms and conditions apply to any finance agreement and will be provided by the relevant lender.
